I usually have a good experience at this shop but just a little earlier I went to pay for my stuff with a Sales assistant (with a durag on) and he started to make a fuss when I wanted to pay by card saying, “you know you could’ve used one of the self checkouts” which I responded politely saying that I already did and there’s a really long queue. He was then like “yeah but still” with full on attitude. I’m not being funny but during Christmas time when everyone’s racing around a bit more, you can at least have some decency to still speak to customers politely. I’ve worked in the same position before and would never give customers attitude for something so minor, it’s absolutely pathetic!

was paying for my husband as its his birthday and wanted to spoil him to some clothes,our male cashier,in a mocking tone,asked "oh you're paying for him?" and laughed,made me and my partner feel weird in a situation that isnt weird at all for a healthy relationship.but we found good clothes?🫤 …

So came to the shop this Tuesday morning (not busy 2-5 customers in a whole store max) and a very grumpy sales assistant, blond lady with tattoos (don't know the name) while I was checking some clothes on one of the racks and completely minding my own business, she came and started hanging the clothes there, then said: ''I'm working here, do you mind" 😃So normally I'm not leaving reviews especially bad ones, but the rudeness of this sales assistant really took by surprise. I really hope she'll find a job she enjoys one day :)

Honestly, do really like the clothes here. Only issue is that the changing rooms are not useable… EVERY single one does NOT close all the way. Curtains always have a huge opening and I can see everyone and everyone can see me… all of this are like this… it has been like this for years now and see others reviews mentioning this too. It’s incredibly concerning that this issue hasn’t been fixed considering there are also men using the changing rooms, and cannot use them as a girl… I want to try my clothes on before buying and have not been able to buy many clothes due to fitting rooms having no privacy. Can managers please take into consideration customers’ safety and privacy and do something about this… it’s not a minor issue, but pretty big. Newer curtains or doors, whatever is better.

Sales assistants demand for you to use the self service machines. When I did, the till charged me twice for a £50 coat. They refused to issue me a refund even though workers in the shop reassured me to come back a week later to get my money back. Manager doesn’t have a working landline to contact customer service for me so they told me to go sort it out alone. They couldn’t even confirm where to find Customer service contact information. Manager had to call someone else to help search for it on google. wasted my time and day by coming back into the shop today.

Nice shop, queued up for over 5 mins, only 1 person working on the tills. When I asked if there were any more staff, the staff member replied that they were not expecting it to be busy. We put our items back & left & so did the people behind us. In a store this size, having only 1 person on the tills is not acceptable. The self service tills, only 1 out of 3 working. Will I go back? I like P & B but I think online shopping is the way after todays poor experience.

I’m not someone who writes reviews but the customer service here is so poor. I asked a lady with a hijab for a size and she said to check it on my phone. Then they wouldn’t let me use the fitting rooms despite the shop being empty. Don’t recommend coming here.

Purchased several items for my daughter. A good experience turned sour at the tills with two very rude sales staff. Not looking forward to shopping there again.
